At DigitalForest, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy for our users.

1. Credit-Based Services

All our services are based on credits purchased in advance. Once credits are used, they are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

Since we offer digital services and instant access upon payment, cancellations are not possible once the purchase is completed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases where:

  • The user is charged incorrectly due to technical errors.
  • Duplicate payments are made by mistake.

In such cases, please email us at support@digitalforest.shop within 3 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
